Birds of Prey

The California Hawking Club in affiliation with the Raptor Research Foundation, California Foundation for Birds of Prey, North American Grouse Partnership and North American Falconers Association, works tirelessly to preserve birds of prey and to advance the art and practice of Falconry. This partnership of organizations works to acheive these goals by improving the qualifications and abilities of Falconers through high standards of practice, experience, ethics and conduct. Through the promotion of the public image of Falconry, they demonstrate Falconry as an art and a sport, to be preserved for future generations. Using research, reports, discussions, publications and exhibitions, they actively educate the public as an appropriate and effective conservation measure, working toward the preservation of all Birds of Prey.
